Does Anew Era accept insurance?
- Yes! We accept most major commercial insurance companies as well as Tricare and Triwest. We do not accept Medicaid.

Do you accept private pay?
Yes, in fact, we have competitive private/cash pay options for TMS treatment, Psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy.
Is TMS Covered by Insurance?
Yes, it is and we accept most major insurance companies for TMS treatment. In addition to covering TMS for Depression, some insurance companies are even covering TMS for OCD now.
What services do you provide?
We provide Psychiatric evaluations, psychiatric medication management, TMS treatment, Thetabrust TMS treatment, and Talk Therapy at all of our locations.
What can a Psychiatric Nurse practitioner do?
Both a Psychiatrist and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner can provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnose psychiatric disorders, prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications, provide brief psychotherapy, and also supervise TMS treatments. In many states, including California, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners have full authority to practice independently (without any supervision of an MD). our Psychiatrists
What is your typical wait time for a new patient appointment?
- For psychiatric evaluation and medication management, we strive to keep our wait time to under 7-14 days. If you do book an appointment with us, we often have opportunities to get you in sooner on a cancelation.
- For TMS treatment, we can get you in as soon as the same day for a consultation to determine if the treatment is right for you. From there we can get you in to see the psychiatrist within 1-5 business days.
- New patient therapy appointments, at this moment, are booked from a waitlist. However, we are continuously adding new therapists to our practice so sometimes the wait can be as little as one week.
What is the best way to get a new appointment?
- The best way to book an appointment is to call our main phone number 888-503-1549 and select 1 for New Patient. You will be directed to our specialized admissions department to find you the soonest available appointment to meet your needs.
- If it is after business hours (7 am-5 pm Pacific time) you can fill out a request for an appointment form and our admissions department will call you within one business day. Click here for the form fill link.
Do you provide telehealth services?
Anew Era does offer telehealth services for all therapy appointments and for all follow-up medication management appointments. We do require that you come to the office for your first visit.
