Tria Ismay
MA, AMFT, APCC
Tria is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC) who earned her master’s degree from Pepperdine University and completed her undergraduate studies at Sacramento State, where she was a student-athlete.
She is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative, and supportive space for clients to explore healing and personal growth. She takes an integrative, client-centered approach and incorporates evidence-based practices such as EMDR, DBT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.
Tria has experience working with a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. She is committed to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care that supports clients in developing insight, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Tria believes that each individual has the capacity for meaningful change and is especially passionate about helping clients connect with their core values. Her goal is to empower clients to live more intentional, authentic, and fulfilling lives.
