Swarna Kommireddy is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence based, and individualized mental health care. She focuses on building trusting therapeutic relationships while respecting each patient’s unique needs, experiences, and treatment goals.

She works with adolescents and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and other psychiatric conditions. Her approach includes comprehensive assessment, medication management, patient education, and collaborative treatment planning.
Swarna believes effective psychiatric care goes beyond medication. She works with patients to understand the factors affecting their mental health, establish meaningful goals, monitor progress, and incorporate psychotherapy recommendations, healthy lifestyle strategies, and care coordination when appropriate.

She has a particular interest in innovative and evidence based treatments. Her goal is to help patients achieve meaningful symptom improvement, regain functioning, and develop greater hope and confidence in their mental health journey.
