Sherri Sarumi, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with experience providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to adults across outpatient and substance use treatment settings. She is committed to delivering patient-centered care through comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning that promotes long-term mental wellness and recovery.
Throughout her career, Sherri has cared for individuals with a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders. Her clinical approach combines thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed techniques and mindfulness, helping patients develop practical coping skills while improving their overall quality of life.
Sherri has a particular passion for supporting patients during critical transitions of care, especially following discharge from inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
