Rickie Lanette Fleck is trained in EMDR and Motivational Interviewing and has experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in her clinical work.
Dr. Fleck specializes in short-term, solution-focused therapy and working with caregiver wounds. She works with clients across the lifespan and has experience supporting individuals of various ages.
A native Texan, Dr. Fleck earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Texas State University and completed her PhD at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. She is a member of the queer community and lives just outside of Austin with her wife and their family.
