Lauren graduated with her master’s degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of La Verne.

Lauren is passionate about creating a safe, collaborative and supportive space for patients to explore their personal growth and healing. She works from a humanistic, person-centered approach and often incorporates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT and ACT to meet her patients’ unique needs and goals.

Lauren’s professional experience spans a variety of settings, including schools, residential treatment facilities and behavioral health hospitals. These opportunities have deepened her understanding of diverse populations and challenges, allowing her to offer compassion, empathy and culturally sensitive care wherever she goes.

Lauren believes that everyone holds the potential for meaningful change, and her goal is to empower patients to navigate life’s complexities with resilience and clarity.
