Regional Director
Allison currently serves as Regional Director for Anew Era TMS & Psychiatry Texas. Her passion for mental wellness and excellence in patient care position her and her team to deliver world-class psychiatric care with the most advanced treatment technology available in the world.
Allison is a natural-born entrepreneur, leader, and strategic business development specialist. She has decades of experience in leading large teams in the multifaceted environments of large-scale community management with a focus on achieving and sustaining profitability. Additional expertise in determining process inefficiencies and launching successful replacement outlines, interpersonal skills, and asset and investment management. Her excellence in this industry earned her multiple distinguished awards in leadership and profitability. Allison also achieved success in an online apparel boutique from a startup. She demonstrated mastery in online marketing, and social media engagement resulting in conversion and profitability.
She is a Native Austinite whose extensive and valuable insight and love for the city will prove to be invaluable to the success of Anew Era TMS & Psychiatry Texas.
Dr. Terry Eagan
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Terry Eagan brings to Anew Era TMS & Psychiatry an extensive body of professional experience in psychiatry, encompassing both his clinical private practice and multiple Medical Director positions where he provides medical and psychiatric oversight of mental health treatment centers. Dr. Eagan’s diverse background includes the founding of various institutes that focus on providing specialized and innovative treatment for various psychiatric disorders.
Dr. Eagan received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed an internship and residency at the Departments of Psychiatry and the Behavioral Sciences at USC. Dr. Eagan provided clinical oversight over multiple clinical trials, served as a medical consultant to various television shows and is the author of multiple books in his field.
Dr. Eagan’s diverse professional experience in treating depression, anxiety disorders, dual diagnoses, eating disorders, and more makes his contributions as Chief Medical Director of Anew Era TMS & Psychiatry highly efficacious in improving clients’ overall quality of life.
Breanna Splain
VP of Operational Integration
Breanna Splain is VP of Operational Integration at Anew Era TMS, LLC. She began as one of the first employees of Anew Era TMS & Psychiatry and she shares a passion with her mom, Founder; Suzanne Jessee to be a part of the solution to the Mental Health Crisis we are experiencing in the United States.
She began her journey with Anew Era TMS & Psychiatry taking all new patient phone calls with a strong desire to bring customer service, efficiency, and compassion back to the Mental Health industry where it is needed most. As the company grew, these values became the foundation for the Centralized Admissions and Insurance Credentialing and Contracting Department teams that she developed and manages which service all 10 clinics and counting.
Additionally, Breanna led the initiative to improve the company’s online presence and reputation by leveraging multiple lead generation and review sites to showcase our providers, drive traffic and optimize positive reviews. Breanna has selected and implemented multiple software platforms that keep Anew Era at the cutting edge of technology-based efficiencies and reporting.
Breanna’s contributions to the company have been exceptional and diverse including negotiating vital insurance contracts and rate increases of up to 250% and $250,000 in backdated rate increases. Breanna’s rate and backdate negotiation skills have made substantial contributions to Anew Era’s rapid growth strategy.
