I utilize an eclectic style of therapy orientations to best assist clients with increasing their self-awareness, mindfulness of personal needs, and promote increase to their well being and stability in their lives. I have provided services in a multitude of settings that have given me diverse experience with clients within private practices, short term residential programs, and non-profit settings. I have assisted clients among all populations ranging from children and adolescents to adults of all age groups. I am trained in evidence-based practices focused on safety as well as trauma processing. My experience with disorders includes but are not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar, trauma, marital conflicts, internal conflicts, mood disorders, and self-harm.
Education
I attended Vanguard University of Southern California where I obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Shortly after I obtained my Graduate degree in Counseling Psychology at California Baptist University in Riverside California.
