Jeff has an extensive background in working with large customer centric focused organizations where he has made an impact in developing and growing business relationships resulting in improved client care and business growth. He brings a unique set of skills to the table; which include excellent communications skills, human resource management skills, and a strong command of the profit and loss statement.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science in Education, his 30 year career in the financial services industry started with General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC) on the east coast. He worked in many capacities with GMAC, GM, GMAC Mortgage and Ally Financial Services including but not limited to; National Sales Training Manager in Detroit, MI at GM’s Corporate Headquarters, Senior Business Development Director(Pacific West Coast), Associate District Manager, Sr. Loan Agent and Senior Account Executive.
Jeff’s other interests include running, biking, swimming, real estate investing and beach volleyball. Continuing to challenge himself, 2016 was the year he completed his first marathon. Not stopping there, Jeff ran 6 half marathons, 1 10K, and 1 sprint-triathlon in 2017. Jeff is currently training for his first Ironman event in 2018. He’ll compete with the Navy Seals in triathlon’s birthplace, San Diego, CA where he’ll swim 1500 meters, bike 40K, and run 10K.
Looking to pay it forward, Jeff and his daughter Emily have co-authored and published a book titled, “My Softball Scholarship”. A hands-on, motivational workbook from a player and parent perspective designed for high school student athletes who are looking to successfully transition from High School to College while earning a scholarship to play collegiate softball. “My Softball Scholarship” is endorsed by 2-time Gold and 1-time Silver Olympic Medalist; the most feared bat in the game of softball, Crystl Bustos.
